Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 28-day free trial starts the moment you register — no payment details required. You only need to subscribe when the trial ends and you want to keep going.
What happens when my trial expires?
You can no longer generate new statements or view PDF links. Your account and all your data are preserved. Upgrade at any time to regain full access immediately.
How does team pricing work?
Each active team member is a seat. Your admin account is one seat. Add team members from the admin portal — each gets their own profile, signature, and statement history.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your profile screen in the app or from the admin portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period with no penalties.
Which PS form types are included?
All of them. PS1 Design, PS2 Design Review, PS3 General (AC2310), and the full range of specialist sub-forms: AC2335 (plumber), AC2336 (plumber drainage), AC2337 (electrician), AC2338 (drainlayer), AC2327 (solid fuel), AC2334 (intumescent coatings). PS4 Construction Review is also included.
Does it work offline?
The Android app saves your profile and form templates locally. You can fill out forms without a signal. Once you're back online, tap Generate — the PDF is created and emailed in seconds.
I'm an engineer — does it cover CPEng statements?
Yes. PS1 Design and PS2 Design Review include full NZBC clause selection and are formatted for CPEng use. PS4 Construction Review is also available.
What about iOS?
